That's nothing. I have a Dell Dimension PIII T450 that has a modem replaced already, and now I have a problem getting it to operate. I reported the problem Thursday, 4/20. A service tech came over yesterday with a new unformatted Hard Drive, which didn't format even after a lengthy troubleshooting with online tech support; and now, I'm still stuck with a Dell that doesn't work. I have been a shareholder of Dell since 1998, and I hope my situation is a very isolated case.
