Mark, as you can see NOIZ is much smaller than VARL. They do have a product base with some competitive overlap. While they have some good customers I certainly wouldn't want VARL to swap them customer lists. I am technically challenged so I will leave it to others to compare products. It is my belief that VARL enjoys a reputation of superior product quality and has a broader product line. (also better margins and revenues, which is the proof of the pudding)
