Actually, it appears that this was anticipated in the original agreement. There is a clause that if SKB doesn't begin "construction" of a European manufacturing facility for the radio-labelled pdt, CLTR can reacquire the European rights. This may be what happened.

Typically, however, do these involve only one territory? I also think that committing two pdts to helping launch the CLTR US salesforce is contrary to those other examples.
