The fact that Bill G could sell us an inferior OS and get away with it shows that he is a genius business man/marketer. Mac/OS, NextStep, Unix etc.. are all known to be technically superior to Windows 3.X/9X. However, Bill G was a better businessman than Steve Jobs et al. Thus we are stuck with Windows today. (Ctrl-Alt-Del) My prediction is that MSFT has begun a slow decline, due to the Internet, Java, Linux and Palm. The fate of IBM awaits them. --Olu E.
