Captain, Mindspring does not guarantee the speeds you mentioned. That is max possible however much lower is the likely scenario. Also in my area they do not have a line sharing arrangement which means I will need to get a separate phone line. I already use two of my phoneline and a third line would require me to get extra wiring too. I think I'll stick with Flashcom for now. Also flashcom told me for $5 a month more I can have both my PCs hooked up with separate IP addresses and email accounts.
