OT: Mani, I also own CYMI, and wonder if you have found anything else about this Mulith outfit claiming a lens-and-laser-eliminating breakthrough for lith? Since I bought CYMI at 6 5/8, I haven't been expending much brainpower on it, but I have wondered about forward demand given comments like the Dresden fab manager's about how their current scanners (248nm) could take them through 0.13um. Appreciate your thoughts. TIA, Vince
