Patrick, you are, as usual, quick to pick up on the holes in my logic. Nevertheless, nobody's being threatened with iminent detention or adverse actions.

Message could have said, "Do not Pass Go, Do not collect your $200, Go Directly to Jail!!!"

But, the game still goes on, roll the dice and see where we land.
