Mike/All:

First (3) questions, then a couple of ideas.
1. Would you mind listing a few of the internet positions you like (although waiting for prices in single digits)
2. Any puts you would consider as it is an up day in the techs. I am having trouble finding any I like considering the premiums are so high.
3. Any buywrites you would do to take advantage of volatility ? (my thoughts below)

Regarding the bxm, gztr, gzsp merger. At first I didnt like it (I know my calls on bxm still dont like it) but as I evaluate this, it seems that the market is valuing the resulting enterprise at a final capitilization of 420 mil based on 35 mil remaining shares at about 12/share. This seems incredibly cheap given that the combined entity will have about 250mil (in noncommodity sales) going forward. What you think... Also, how are the options handled going forward are they converted into options of the resulting enterprise ?

Second, I think a buywrite on TGX seems like a great deal. Great company (no debt, profitable, capital in place) and you can do a buy at $9 and sell the dec 10 calls for 2 1/4.
Seems like a decent potential return with limited downside.
thoughts?
