Brian, Why not say that it was due to SKB's non-action in the PR? That of course begs the question as to why SKB didn't start construction. Might be viewed as finger-pointing, generally PR's about partnerships tend to be paint both sides in as favorable a light as possible. Why didn't they start? Change in strategy?
