Judging by some hostile comments that Flip made in a recent speech about some major companies in the Chicago area, I suppose he has had some rough sledding in lining up all of his financing. He seems to be very creative and resourceful so I expect to see a smaller final IPO offering to the public. Bad luck on the timing.
