Dave, CATS has some promise, especially after predicting 105M revenues this year ending April 1997 and either 125M or 135M the following year. CATS doesn't deserve a 20 multiple in this market based on passed performance and current balance sheet. I am holding here with the hope that CATS can indeed meet management's predictions, but if it go to the 10-15 range any time soon I'm probably out. Cary
