Sounds like right wing wacko propoganda. When I see and Alan Dershowitz testify, as such, I will believe it. Anyway, Alan Dershowitz is known for his extrememe left wing interpretation of the Constitution so I guess you, Prolife and Zlotan! will also have to accept his take on Roe v. Wade, drugs, etc.

You are all just typical hypocritical right wing lunatics. When the Constitution suits your purposes it should be enforced and interpreted as such, otherwise it's just a piece of toilet paper. The weakness of academic liberals is that they do what's right not what is politically in their best interests.

So, with that in mind, I trust that Alan Dershowitz will agree, 100%, that the reunion of father and son was the right thing to do, legally, morally and ethically.

IMO this is a completely unique topic and should have its own thread. "Clinton and Reno are Evil" or some other crazy right wing title. BTW, the enforcement action may not have been conducted properly or maybe it was, I guess we'll find out. But, regardless of the outcome of any hearings on the matter, the courts will not put Elian back into that sick community and the Reps are going to paint themselves in a very negative light - even if they are 100% correct. So, BRING IT ON November is only 7 months away.
