When the NAZ bungee stretches out, two good ones are to buy CMGI $52 and under, CMRC $49 and under, then usually the next day, when the bungee snaps back, flip them for $4+ minimum.

OPAY get it at 4.75 - 4.84 on the dips, sell first hour or so in the morn. $5.34 or so. Volume tailing off on it though.
