>> Blind Faith is a flaws I see some people that play the G&K Game

Come on, Greg; that's like me saying, lack of conviction is the flaw I see in some people that play the trader game.

In reality, we have a lot more in common than most people would imagine:

We both do extensive dd before we invest.
We try to put our money into Great companies.
We look for changes to signal re-evaluation.

The Gorilla Game is not a religion; it's a tool I use to try and find Great companies, and it's led me to some beauties. Despite this, I've done some re-allocation this year as have most of the Gorilla gaming gang:

My Portfolio Allocation
Great Company 12/31/99 4/24/00
QCOM 75% 42%
CSCO 3% 15%
NTAP 4% 15%
GMST 7% 10%
SEBL 1% 11%
INTC 0 2%
OTHER 10% 5%

Same Great companies, but only because my ongoing dd (using GG metrics) confirms they are still Great. Different allocations based on expected growth rates. No blind faith involved.

Greg, I'd venture to say that your long term positions in Dell and Qualcomm have had more to do with your wealth than your trading. Care to comment?

Lots of ways to skin a cat, Frenchie; don't get too hung up on your personal choice of the moment.
