"Isn't XLA float about to bloat again soon?" Yes, they did indeed vote to increase the number of shares to 400 million at their meeting a couple of weeks ago. The massive dilution is mentioned in this link: biz.yahoo.com . So, let's see -- currently there are about 53 million shares of XLA outstanding, with a float of 12 million, they are doing a stock split and they will be authorized to have 400 million shares, even though they only need 106 million shares for the split. Also, I could not find any financial reports for XLA on the SEC Web site at sec.gov . I am noticing a peculiar resemblance to certain OTC BB "pump and dumps" of the past...
