Regarding Jacobs statements on QCOM being held back by unstable standards. -> "we could make a WCDMA chip now if the specification was less fluid".

QCOM claims that they could turn out a DS chip soon are bogus. The software portion of the specs are, for the most part, stable. I can only assume that the airlink portion is fluid. JAcobs is implying that QCOM has the software (for the stack) in place. This is NOT the case.

IMO - Jacobs is dispensing FUD.
