I have no firm answers to your questions. In fact, I will be out of the country for a period of 2 weeks, so that much of the excitement would be missed.

You may need to monitor the intraday activity to discern the best course of action. If Lombard.com is not reliable for this,
dailystocks.com also offers one-day, two-day charts albeit less refined.

Pricing is usually done the day before IPO; but $10 was quoted in the preliminary prospectus unless there is a last minute boost.
