Thanks for the info. Now here is a question. Is it likely that smaller countries, without the economy of scale that we enjoy in the US, will see prices go up or down if the US Govt. prevails?

It is hard to imagine this being a good deal for consumers or other countries. It is really only a good deal for MSFT competitors.
