Both of these guys, especially ESST are so damn cheap now that I would certainly not short them now. Go after the techs w/the high as hell P/Es who have recently "disappointed" and you'll make it big. CUrrently, I think that the shorting histroies of these two should begin to cool off (ESST has just had the sh*t knocked out of it and is selling at like less than 10X '97 EPS- not one to short given the long term fundamentals). I am actually waiting to buy one of these two guys and have been waiting for the full and absoluted shake out and short control to end. Soon I feel, soon... Doug
