I caught the replay of the interview with the NBC guy. Sure, he was breathlessly explaining what happened and it was mildly amusing. But why Imus and his cronies thought it was so hilarious is beyond me. We had a situation in which a reporter and a cameraman were beaten up by federal agents as they tried to record the raid on the house. A little reality was inconvenient for this government. As for the Imus/North exchange, it was quite amicable. They were both cracking jokes and laughing. They obviously get along well.
