Teddy,
It is great that you are investing at such a young age, I
applaud that, bravo for you. I would suggest, however,
that maybe you don't know as much as you think concerning
the inner workings of corporations or the motivations that
drive those motivations. I have that experience, 1st hand.
You will learn the realities as you mature and gain
experience. There was nothing surprizing or out of the ordinary in yesterday's filing. If anyone is not happy with the terms, you can sell your shares at any time (of course anyone that is not happy with the terms is so lacking in understanding that they [in my opinion] should never have been allowed to but any stock in the first place).

Show me another proxy that requests an increase in allotted
shares by 3.8B in a 3 year old company. This is highly
unusual if not unprecedented. Stockholders have the right
to question the motivation. We are not sheep, after all.
Maybe you should ask your father's opinion.

FWIW, you are entitled to your opinion, and I respect that,
in a civilized/democratic world we have the right to
express our opinion/concerns. If you don't agree that is
your right, but it doesn't necessarily make you right.

JMO,
BB
