So maybe the market commented today on all this so-called "share dilution." And, I really think that when insiders own about 40% of the stock of a company this large, other shareholders complain if they sell shares and they complain if they don't and maintain virtual control. Any "little guy" shareholder who feels that insiders are asking for too much power in the proxy are deluding themselves - they have it already. If some of you want to keep dreaming about your positions as a small shareholders, keep on fantasizing. This company was put together, more or less, on a whim. From there, the people who risked it and funded it turned out to be extraordinarily lucky for being in the right place at the right time.

As for myself, I've never tried to fool myself into thinking that I'm not riding these guys' coattails. If you've bought stock in the company and did proper DD, none of this should be a surprise to you.

I also don't want a takeover of the company and believe that all shareholders will be rewarded far more in the long run by remaining independent. If there is some intent by the management to install a poison pill, I'm not bothered by this one.

Hey, Teddy, thanks for the info on Quiet Time. By the way, was not Jensen Chow released/replaced a while ago?
