Mark,

I just did some numbers, and anyone correct me if I am wrong. Braun states in the release that VECO will still do $300 mil in revenues for 2000. Last year VECO did $246.6 mil. But does that $300 mil figure include CVCI, which looks to be at a $100 mil annual run rate? If it does, then Braun is actually saying that VECO itself will have lower revenues in 2000 than 1999. But in the press release announcing the CVCI merger Braun states revenues in excess of $400 mil. I guess I'll have to listen to the CC for further clarification, but my guess is VECO will do $300 mil in 2000, a 20% increase over last year, and that figure does not include CVCI.
