Jeffrey, I don't have any knowledge of what happens to JDSU/ETEK pricing. I am just guessing that the discount is overdone on ETEK stock price and that it will narrow somewhat tomorrow. Just a hunch.

If the market is positive tomorrow, I cannot see JDSU trading at around 86 to 88 range. It should be higher after some consolodation in the morning. Of course analyst comments in the morning could change everything.
