<Why would SKB give up these rights?>

Rights AND obligtions. Difficult to speculate, may have felt it wasn't a fit going forward, didn't like the idea of isotopes as much as they thought they would, gets in the way of some other acq they are planning, don't like Bigham's tie. Maybe didn't want to play in the next round of dialing for dollars. Could be other bad stuff as well, like really tough FDA issues. Market seems to think so. Who knows? I've had big partners walk and it was usually for reasons that didn't make any sense at the time and even less so years later.

If BIOM, IMMU, NERX, CRXA, CLL and a raft of others can make it on their own with therapeutic abs then I'd expect CLTR can as well. They may fall on their face a few times more often than I like, they do seem to be a short magnet, but I'm betting that basically the technology is OK.
