<<ANd so what are earth worms? >>

Earth worms are worms that live in the soil. They are worms and not larva. The are born worms and will die worms. The two here are red wigglers and night crawlers, night crawlers being way larger. Since it's dinner time I'll add that a night crawler will turn soil, leaves and garbage into a ton of nice rich worm poop known as compost during it's life.

Some people call maggots worms. The bee moth larva is called a wax worm but it is just a stage. Wax worms are good for ice fishing. I love maggots. They clean up all the dog, cat and horse poop. I hate flies but when you consider what they had too eat to grow up?????

What are you having for dinner?
