JDN, This is almost a hoax. There has been a lot of discussion about this release on boards of CYMI (yahoo & SI). Basicaly it is theoretical and at best years away form anything. Most likely a PR looking for venture funds. Optical litho should be the sole source to at least 0.10. Mani
