What are you having for dinner? You KNOW I have to answer spaghetti. I wonder if I've ever seen a maggot. Have I? I read about them in horror stories all the time. You don't see worms around here on the sidewalks. MAybe it's just too damned hot. Sometimes you see little fried things. When the termites swarm, they head right for the pool. It gets filled with bodies clinging to the Polaris hose and each other. I sweep them out with my little net and stomp on them. And we have mudwasps, that make those big clumps of hive under the eaves. But no worms. I remember big juicy worms in my childhood. Of course I don't play in the dirt the way I used to. So maybe Tx has them and I'm too busy typing away to know.
