Hi rose, well I just took a walk to contemplate that very question...Here's the possible reasons why that I came up with...

1. A lot of "day traders" bought the stock just for the run up, they got $10 buck a share and sold in after hours.

2. JDSU did not beat the street as decisively as they need to in order to justify their multiple.

3. There was something in the earnings which worried some folks, like only 40% growth over last year...

4. After hours doesn't mean sh$t in the end...

5. Or maybe, none of the above,
