El-- Just got in. Was trying to be nice but------ you wanted realism. Well the CC was very good! The release was written to draw attention to the forward outlook and not the $0.16 as that was the number expected from operations alone and not made. EPS was put on a back burner and fwd statements were predominate. FINALLY an announcement day that was done in a professional manner and with shareholder equity in mind,, plus their own butt as if things turned out badly it was past time for heads to roll again. What ever the new CFO is being paid it is not enough--- hope there are others LEARNING from him! IMO he was the impetus behind todays success as CPQ has not had a decent announcement or CC for a long time (pre-MC). Still, NW I hope you are correct and see 50 this year. IMO it may be possible with the new guy but extremely doubtful. Too many 20 - 25 shares that people will be happy to bail soon. They may not take it down far but will keep it from rising much--- hope I am wrong as my plans have not changed. It was great seeing what a pro can do knowing what would have happened with the same old CC....... All in all,,, a very good day.......
