Qd, All those bidders did an internal feasibility study based on the data known to that point. If you want no takeovers then you keep your mouth shut about the grades and just tell the SH the minimum to keep them quiet, but tell the truth and make sure you do not get a SH lawsuit startred.
In manyw ays premature disclosure can hust the company be stirring up an early hostile TO bid, like Arequipa. Trouble is you must keep the SH informed unless you have a meeting and at that meeting agree to a restricted disclosure policy. That way you can keep your mouth shut and the SH will have to like it.
