CNBC incorrectly saying JDSU missed Whisper # and WSJ choice of headlines, sparked sell off @ 91/92.
I believe it was Kernan and Faber that were talking about fiduciary responsibility. That was about JDSU as well. They need to tap Ted David on the shoulder and remind him.
We need to send email asking them to correct this. Someone needs to remind CNBC the fiduciary responsibility is not to solely support shorts.
