Richard: It seems that the trend on REITS is now very positive and that your original strategy for playing these quarter by quarter is intact. I currently am in FRW trying to decide whether to stick around for the dividend or take my gain and run. What is your outlook for FRW? They release their dividend news apparently right on the ex-div date, and not before. What else look tempting and cheap here? Thanks, Lee
