OT: ENMD. A meeting between the 3 Endostatin trial sites occurred recently and after reviewing the early results it was decided a PI announcement of results will not occur in May at ASCO meeting but later in the year as more results can be tabulated. Note in a trial with terminal cancer patients time to progression of tumor growth along with tumor regressions are all measuring points. Could be as recent rumors suggested many tumors are no longer progressing at the high dose and they want to get more complete data to report later in the year. So far there has continued to be no significant toxicity whatsoever reported. After this meeting the company now gives the go ahead for a major scale up of Endostatin production by Chiron whch adds to the production by Covance. If at that meeting discussing the results from the 3 trial centers the results stank do you think ENMD, a small company, would decide to greatly increase drug production for further trials? I don't think so. We also have trials now going for Angiostatin, 2me2 and continuous infusion pump dosing of ES starting up in Europe. Just sold a fund from a very small IRA I had and was able to buy 100 shares of ENMD in it instead.That goes along with my approximately 20% of my financial assets in ENMD in taxable accounts. I guess you could say I'm a bit bullish on this company.
