I know that I haven't posted much here but I thought I would like to make an observation about Ray-Jay's activities over on the Raging Bull thread.
Ray-Jay, whose real name is Allen Lieberman, was a regular on the OVIS/RMIL thread, an alledged former garment manufacturer with aspirations of becoming some form of bottled water provider out of Ten Sleep, Wyoming.
Well, I became involved in making comments on that thread after seeing some of the outrageous claims made a group who referred to themselves as "The Cartel" who were swearing they were going to take delivery on every share of RMIL stock and force the price through the roof (alledging massive illegal shorting).
Anyhoo, some folks over there (Tonto, Mike Kugler, and various other stock "detectives" who had been intimately involved in rooting out other frauds like GIFS), were participating in uncovering the misrepresentations of this company and I decided that my own experience with the securities regulators was pertinent and that these people should be warned about what they were incurring, namely a potential trading halt and loss of everyone's investment.
As time passed, I constantly had my problems shoved in my face, was called an outright criminal, and a paid shill for the alledged shorts. Ray-Jay, an alledged acquaintance of one of RMIL's officers, very much resented my presence there and we locked horns on a regular basis on the thread.
Ray-Jay would take to visiting any number of threads upon which I posted and would harass, slander, and participate in defamatory remarks toward me. In fact, Ray-Jay has constantly justified his harassment by claiming that I had no right to post on the RMIL thread since I wasn't a shareholder. And if I wasn't a shareholder, then I must be working to support some grand conspiracy.
Now cutting to the chase here, what I find so very ironic is that while Ray-Jay began posting on the RB MUCP thread as a means to harass me, now that I'm not posting, nor am a current shareholder of MSU, he continues to harass MUCP shareholders, the company, and everyone who has worked so hard to straighten out this company and prep it for a solid future.
IOW, it strikes me that Ray-Jay is now guilty of the very same thing that he so vigorously criticized me about, namely bashing a company in which is not a shareholder.
Now Ray-Jay has EVERY RIGHT to post on that thread, I'm not denying that.
But I truly find it VERY IRONIC (and in fact, somewhat personally satisfying) to see how easy it was for him to become the very "basher" that he claims he loathes to no end.
He has turned a personal grudge against me into a defamation campaign against a company he knows very little of substance, about.
Just thought I would put that out there.
Btw, I have told others that it was not my decision to sell our MSU. The wife wanted to buy some of those high-flying internutz and Nasdaq stocks with the proceeds from the gains MSU brought us last year. But I still think this company has great potential for the rest of 2000 and beyond. People have invested too much time and money to let it just languish or wither.
And should I buy back into this stock, I certainly won't be advertising that fact out here. I'll just be content to make a comment from time to time.
