"I thought that article showed Pluvia to have an excellent chance of evading Sabretek persecution by "laying low" until May 15."

SBTK would be laughed out of court if they attempted to pursue Pluvia. I think the article could have done a better job pointing out that everything that Pluvia claimed about SBTK was true.
