Does anyone know,
or know where I can find out,
the future cost of MSFT employee stock options?

i.e.:
usual # granted per year,
total currently outstanding,
and average exercise prices for them.
Does MSFT buy back shares to balance the number exercised,
or do they let the float increase?
And how does this compare to other tech titan's options overhangs?
