I Believe The Embargo Should Be At Least Reviewed.

And arguments presented for and against its continuation.

The world has changed quite a bit since this was put in place and there may be ways of lessening the hardship for ordinary Cubans,while expanding trade, without offering the opportunity for strengthening of the Dictatorship.

There are beliefs in some circles that an opening of trade and communication may actually provide opportunities for the Cuban people to bridge that very large 90 Mile gap that has existed for fourty years without success.
