Scrapps--As Ive stated earlier,IMO if this actually goes to a judicial ruling, I feel SPLS/ODP will prevail. The management of these companies are fighters. However this fight will be costly and I dont just mean legal fees. ODP was already having problems with its commercial division that will be further hurt by this delay. Employee uncertainty, delayed expansion plans are just several of the problems caused by this ruling delay. If the ruling goes against them IMO ODP will sell its commercial division to Corporate Express or Boise Cascade OP so it can concentrate on its retail stores. Al
