Age limits on seeking asylum? King asked whether a faetus should also have the same right and once again DeLay replied YES.

This one is fascinating to contemplate. Let's say for a moment the INS were mandated as Tom Delay would insist and was in the business of allowing fetuses to seek asylum. If such an asylum was granted but the mother was deported that would mean that the INS, and Tom DeLay through his advocacy of this rather treacherous and novel idea would find themselves in the abortion business. It is never too early to save a young life from despotism it seems. (And these people talk about bleeding heart liberals? OY.)

"Excuse me m'am, you can leave but that fetus of yours is staying."

Is it possible that Tom Delay is being mentored by Dan Quayle?

Might the INS consider pushing back the envelope even further and distributing Land of the Free Condoms?
