I just noticed the PR of 04/19 whereby the proposed merger was rescinded. It seemed as though there would have been great synergies between the two companies with VGTI's progress with foreign lottery systems along with providing sports betting infrastructure to Nevada sportsbook operators, etc. While IMO the combination with ELOT would have been beneficial for both parties, in another sense VGTI will likely now not be hindered by North American regulation, and that could be a very big plus.
