DeLay is a Representative, bright guy. Uh-huh. This is the same guy who told CNN last year that the world was only 4,000 years old, per Biblical prophecy, and then in the same interview, he put Argentina somewhere in the Middle East. Maybe he is bright, but not if you are counting basic arithmetic, geography or world history. And then this weekend he claimed that Reno didn't have a search warrant in the Elian rescue (a complete boneheaded statement on his part), adding to his stature as a clown. He is funny though, I give you that.
