Hi Jim, Sorry, I don't have the details of the financial consequences of that deal for you. Anything regarding the numbers in this climate is important to make note of, so I agree that it would be nice to know what they got for the "shares". I used the word "fundamental" incorrectly in that what I meant to ask was - is there anything negative that has happened to suddenly change the growth and future of this company (i.e. lose major customers, new competition, blah, blah, blah) and make this tech pig any more overvalued than all the other piggies on the Naz ? You're loving this downtrend, aren't you ? Peace brk
