Dear jbe: Please, dont boor me with mathematical formulas. Those so-called values are nothing more than a calculation of future discounted cash flows. Change any percentage, even a little, and you will get hugely different numbers. I only glanced at them as of course they are prepostorous but just in a 1 second glance it looked to me as though a very low 10 year growth rate was used, nowhere near REALITY. JDN
