Jay, No, I didn't listen to the CC. I just checked Schwab and didn't see any after market activity from yesterday. Of course, that means little more than there wasn't a mass run for the door. I agree with passpass; wonder why they didn't warn? I guess that they would have been warning in a most unpleasant market. I'll be content to sit this one out and see where it goes. Mark
