steve Harmon report
Hello Steve,
What do you think of General Magic and Spyglass for the next 6 months?
Regards.

Harmon: General Magic (GMGC) brings back memories of the alchemy it used to engage in when I began covering the stock in 1995. It has
been a long road from there to here and GMGC's voice-enabled Web services. It's early on voice although I think voice-enabled Web services
may be huge in the next 2 to 3 years. Telephones and Web may be integrated so that the phone serves as a voice browser for the Web. If so,
GMGC may be at that apex but it could take time to realize.

Spyglass (SPYG) and Open TV (OPTV) are in a merger that will exchange about 0.7236 OPTV share for each SPYG share. The deal makes
sense, combining one of the best device browser makers with a non-PC platform play. My hunch is that Open TV isn't done buying, that it
needs some more platforms to deploy on, especially with Spyglass' expertise across platforms.
