I was watching Moneyline on CNN yesterday. One reporter, who listened on the conference call, said in all smiles that "they are firing on all cylinders." What is interesting is that the collective IQ of the analysts (who are tripping over each other in praising this fleabag), the financial media who has no idea how to read a balance sheet (much less simple things like operating income vs interest income, sequential growth) and the perma bulls (who are salivating on this earnings report which is a complete joke), is much smaller than the eBay's reported "operating income per share."
