Interactive Marketing Technology, Inc. Updates Current Status HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2000--Interactive Marketing Technology, Inc., ("IMT"), (OTCBB:IAMKE) stated that the Company will be submitting its response to the Security and Exchange Commission's comments to its Form 10-SB filing. Sandy Lang, President & CEO said, "This process is in line with IMT's goal of becoming a fully-reporting company and hopes to be completed in the very near term." Lang further noted that IMT's sales continue to grow as evidenced by last weeks overwhelming product sales on QVC of Bob Vila's The Plumbers Secret. The Company will be releasing several new products this year for both the traditional retail marketplace as well as direct marketing through infomercials.
