Well, that's an admission that you haven't the facts. The Miami family stressed repeatedly that they would surrender Elian when presented with a valid court order. Reno could not get one - the courts refused. So Reno obtained a search warrant fraudulently - waiting for an unknowing magistrate appropriately named Rube - and then assaulted the Constitution while assaulting Elian and the family.
