Well, I don't beileve the SEC is perfect and don't believe they uncover everything. Just so happens that I'm in a business that require certain skills that are helpful in doing DD and weeding through 100s of pages of information without getting too confused. I also happen to know someone who knows Aniz Uhler, I'm attempting to contact that person though we have not spoken for 7-8 months. I'm pretty sure there's something here.. I mean, Tom GAVE away millions of shares to what I believe were either friends or co-operatives (sp?).. This is just my opinion by the way, but I'll continue to dig deeper. There may have been some legitemate deals, but with this company EVERYTHING seems to be suspect. Why would he pay a clerk (basically what I know her to be)millions of dollars?? Probably because she is one of those "paid touts" or something.. It'll all come out in the end.
